LuLu accidentally escaped her fenced yard and now that she is lost on the streets, she is extremely frightened and elusive and will not let anyone get remotely close.
LuLu’s family reached out to us for our assistance in capturing her.
This morning our team deployed to the area of the most recent sighting from 2 days ago and we setup a video monitored feeding station. We also conducted an aerial search for several hours but did not locate her within the initial search grid.
WE NEED SIGHTINGS! If you see LuLu please IGNORE her but text her location and direction of travel to the number on the above flyer.
For now the feeding station will be freshened daily in hopes that she shows up soon. Once she eats at the feeding station we will deploy our large corral trap and coordinate her capture.
LuLu’s family replinished the feeding station with fresh food and the stationed will be freshened daily.
Lulu‘s family has been passing out flyers this weekend and received a new confirmed sighting. Based on this new intel, our team deployed to the area to setup a second video monitored feeding station in the new area. We put down several liquid smoke scent trails leading her to the station. Hopefully she will return to the new area and find the feeding station soon.
We are on site today conducting aerial searches of fields, wooded sections, and other potential den locations. We also refreshened our liquid scent trails.
We use den locations and sighting locations intel to determine where our feeding stations should be located. This helps us close in on her.
‼️Please keep sharing the flyer on all social media and private neighborhood sites within the search grid area.
Lulu visited one of our feeding stations for the very first time tonight. She ate all of her food and she even sniffed her bed and mom and dad’s clothing items.
We will be putting more food out early tomorrow morning and we are putting our capture plan in motion. Our plan is to deploy our large corral trap at her feeding station. Feeding station #2 is being demobilized tonight.
Check back here for more details!
Lulu was captured at feeding station 1 this morning. She is now safe at home with her family. She is super skinny but the family is following our starvation protocol to put her weight back on.
